We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Collection Advisor to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers, following up on outstanding payments and assisting customers with suitable payment arrangements.
This is an OFFICE-BASED position. Candidates must be comfortable communicating with customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Make outbound calls and communicate professionally with customers regarding their accounts.
- Explain outstanding balances, payment options and payment deadlines to customers.
- Negotiate and encourage customers to make payment according to company guidelines.
- Follow up consistently with customers until payment is received.
- Update customer payment information and follow-up records accurately.
- Maintain proper call logs and daily collection activities.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and objections professionally.
- Follow company SOPs, policies and collection procedures.
- Work closely with the team and supervisor to achieve collection performance.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Must be able to communicate confidently and clearly.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making frequent phone calls and communicating with customers.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Not easily discouraged and willing to follow up consistently.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must have own laptop / Chromebook / tablet.
- Must have own transportation.

Position: Collection Advisor
Work Location: IM3 Kuantan
Working Mode: Office Based
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Break: 12.00 PM – 2.00 PM
Income Structure
COMMISSION BASED ONLY
NO BASIC SALARY
