Our client is a growing dairy MNC is experiencing exponential growth. As such, they are currently hiring a Culinary Technical Sales Manager to lead commercial growth by combining culinary expertise, technical product demonstrations, and business development to grow the customers base across SEA,

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by showcasing product applications and translating culinary value into commercial opportunities.
• Develop and execute engaging culinary activations including demonstrations, training sessions, and digital content.
• Partner with commercial teams to support account acquisition and customer engagement initiatives.
• Gather market and customer insights to influence product enhancements, localisation efforts, and category innovation.
• Strengthen distributor and channel capabilities while ensuring compliance with quality and brand standards.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on culinary or food application expertise with strong knowledge of dairy-based product.
• Proven ability to convert technical product demonstrations into sales.
• Experience creating customer-facing content and delivering presentations.
• Experience collaborating across distributors and commercial teams across Southeast Asia.
