Custom Layout Engineer
Silicon One is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Custom Layout Engineer to join our elite engineering team. We deliver comprehensive, end-to-end IC design solutions—spanning logic and circuit design through to full physical implementation and tape-out. In this role, you will collaborate with industry veterans to ensure our high-performance designs meet world-class specifications. We value technical excellence and a proactive mindset.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Custom Layout.
- Note: High-achieving Fresh Graduates with a strong foundation in VLSI and high motivation are also encouraged to apply.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso.
- Engineering Depth: Solid understanding of device characteristics, device/signal matching, EMIR, and RC effects.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related VLSI field.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to function effectively within a high-caliber design team.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in Analog layout or proficiency in automation scripting (SKILL, Python, or Perl) is a significant advantage.
