• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with integration of EDI solutions into existing enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data exchange.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within EDI frameworks.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive software products.
