Job Description
- Design and execute marketing campaigns end-end life cycle via acquisition, x-sell, up-sell, retention and win-back.
- Responsible for campaign memo preparation, leads generation and management, campaign tracking, fulfilment and post campaign analysis.
- Support sales leads management and identify any opportunities for business growth
- Provide close monitoring on leading indicators for campaign success and effectiveness.
- Adopt best practices to improve targeting and campaign conversion.
- Drive usage and implement / refine marketing analytics model.
- Leverage on digital platform to optimize touchpoints to customers. Work closely with the Digital team to better understand user journey at every stage of their digital activity.
- Deliver industry-leading marketing analytics by making full use of our data platforms, reporting, and analytical tools.
- Present clear actionable insights to business banking portfolio management and marketing teams
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of strong Campaign / Marketing / Sales / Products experience in either agency or client environment.
- Proven experience of synthesizing campaign & marketing data and product relevancy to reveal key customer insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a large degree of independence.
- Familiar with marketing budget management and overall Profit & Loss (P&L) drivers.
