Job Description

As Customers Business Development Manager, our key focus within the Commercial team is to deliver accounts/brand's targets and accelerate retail sales growth by driving optimized trade plans, managing inventory with precision, and executing online strategies with sharpness and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Growth – Lead the development and execution of account/brand commercial strategies, partnering closely with brand and channel teams to deliver sustainable business growth. • Revenue & Profitability Management – Set and achieve sales growth targets with clients while ensuring end-to-end account profitability across key accounts.

• Client Partnership & Communication – Act as the primary liaison between internal and external teams, aligning on e-commerce business needs including channel execution and merchandising, marketing execution and other supporting business requirements (e.g. Customer Service / Demand Planning)

• Performance & Insights – Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to track KPIs, identify gaps, and implement strategies for continuous performance improvement.

• Market & Business Development – Advise account/brand and senior management on emerging market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, contributing to new product/service introductions and category expansion.

• Inventory & Campaign Optimization – Oversee daily stock management for consignment and outright-purchase models, aligning inventory with marketplace and brand campaigns to maximize sales while minimizing excess holding or stock-outs.

• Value Proposition & Differentiation – Leverage market and competitor knowledge to highlight the brand's unique selling points, supporting new client acquisition and business expansion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, eCommerce, or related disciplines.

• Relevant eCommerce experience preferred.

• Keen interest in eCommerce, with entrepreneurial thinking and strong commercial acumen.

• Proven sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for results.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.

• Agile, adaptable, and able to perform in dynamic conditions.

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Effective team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
