We are looking for a Customer Care Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for purposes such as sales, membership renewals, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels, including incoming calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring they are answered or routed to the appropriate support channels.
- Process customer applications and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Provide clear and accurate advice to customers by explaining procedures and offering relevant information.
- Managed customer feedback and complaints professionally, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining excellent call etiquette.
- Address and resolve customer escalations by tracking, escalating, and ensuring timely resolutions when required.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil will be added advantage.
- Inbound, Outbound, and Live Chat agents are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in any call center with at least 1 year experience
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
