Monitor customer service standard, ensure complaints are solved instantly, and customers are happy.
Manage a fleet of in house drivers, plan delivery routes, and ensure the daily delivery are on time & run smoothly.
Provide training, guide, and lead a team of operational staffs.
Liaise with marketplace, partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters.
Job Requirements
Have at least 4 years experience in customer service or retail line, with 2 years experience in managing a team as a supervisor, or team leader. Experience in logistics is not required as training will be provided.
Matured & strong problem solver. Able to make quick decision and handle stress well when there's complaint.
Candidate must be very fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is a must, as need to deal with customers who only able speak Mandarin.
Able to work at Kuchai Lama, 5 days or 6 days per week (6 days work higher pay), working hour 8am-6pm.
