We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves engaging with customers to provide support and enhance their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed support.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English ,Korean,
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, AI Tools
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
