We are looking for
Customer Care Officer supporting Singtel's digital service bots. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless customer experiences by assisting with bot interactions, resolving enquiries, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support.
Make An Impact By
- Handling customer enquiries across calls and digital channels with excellent service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Managing service applications through self-processing or coordination with back-office teams, including follow-ups and issue resolution
- Resolving customer complaints promptly and escalating unresolved cases in accordance with established procedures
- Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable packages, and promoting current products and services
- Meeting assigned KPIs while maintaining high service and quality standards
- Working closely with team members and leaders, actively participating in meetings, sharing ideas, and contributing to continuous improvement
- Responding positively to feedback and demonstrating a strong commitment to learning and performance improvement
- Supporting team operations through mentoring / buddy roles, ad-hoc projects, and other duties as assigned
Skill For Success
- At least Diploma in Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a contact centre environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong customer service mindset with good English proficiency and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible with work schedules, including extended hours when required
- Proficient in MS Office, computer applications, and mobile devices (e.g. iPad, Android tablets)
