We are currently hiring Customer Coordinators based Kuala Lumpur (Malaysians only).

Job Scopes:
• Manage customer enquiries and after-sales support through email and internal systems
• Assist customers with return, exchange, and order-related requests
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
• Monitor and follow up on system-related cases and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate records and prepare service-related documentation
• Provide timely updates and professional support to customers and internal stakeholders
• Support daily coordination and administrative operations
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in customer support, coordination, or service operations is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Language Requirements:
• Good command of English is required
• Cantonese proficiency (spoken & written) is preferred for relevant roles
• Korean and Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage
