Join our dynamic team and shape our go-to-market strategies. As a Customer Engagement & Activation Specialist, you'll plan, execute, and govern sales initiatives and partnership events that drive growth and segment-specific activation.

What are you accountable for

Event & Market Activation Support

  • Coordinate and support internal and external events such as roadshows, exhibitions, forums, conferences, and sales ground roving activities.

  • Collaborate closely with business partners and strategic partners to execute on-ground activations effectively.

Strategic Partnership & Segment Enablement

  • Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities that align with segment needs to drive field activation.

  • Facilitate enablement through systems, tools, and frameworks that support efficient partner engagement.

Sales Planning & Development Operations

  • Support planning, logistics, and operational readiness for all sales enablement programs and outreach activities.

  • Monitor and align execution with commercial strategies and segment plans.

Financial & Compliance Governance

  • Coordinate quotation preparation, invoice tracking, and budget submissions related to sales activation programs.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and governance requirements for partner engagement and spending.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, procurement) to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

  • Provide regular status updates and post-activity reports to stakeholders and management.

What do you require for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in event planning, sales activation, or a related field.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software/tools.

  • Experience in managing large-scale events or sales activations.

  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and platforms.

  • Familiarity with financial and compliance processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
