Support Wealth Management growth in B2B and B2C channels by engaging with advisors and clients
Manage client interactions across various market segments, including retail and corporate
Conduct manual system checks for ad-hoc projects as part of the monitoring and follow-up process
Address service enquiries on the B2B FAME platform and collect feedback for platform improvement
Apply knowledge of client onboarding requirements and regulations
Assist with account onboarding and trade submissions within set timeframes
Maintain familiarity with equities and wealth management products
Generate standard and customised analytical reports for channels and B2B partners to inform decision-making
Learn to execute and perform basic troubleshooting for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) processes
Develop skills in RPA and related technologies to improve process efficiency
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Organised, attentive to detail, and demonstrates strong follow-up abilities
Willingness to acquire new technological competencies and knowledge
Possession of a recognised diploma or degree in any discipline; finance qualifications from English-based universities are preferred
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
