Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Primary point of contact with customers:
    • Scheduling Appointments
    • Explaining & recommending repair works that are needed to be done
    • Providing updates on customer's vehicle status
    • Managing customer's expectation
  • Responsible to provide a professional & excellent customer service.
  • Building a strong relationship with customers.
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions for the vehicles problems.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their vehicles & level of service.
Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a qualification in automotive engineering.
  • Proficient in speaking & writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is an added advantage.
  • Candidates must have excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
