Job Description

This role focuses on demand planning and generation, channel marketing, customer marketing, and trade marketing programs, including mechanics planning and administration. While brand strategy and campaign leadership remain part of the role, the emphasis is on aligning marketing initiatives with customer and channel needs to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Supply Chain/Customer Service to lead demand planning, forecasting and demand generation processes for efficient customer-centric operational workflow.
  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and trade marketing programs, including pricing, promotions, and mechanics planning.
  • Design and implement customer marketing initiatives for key accounts, including joint business planning and engagement programs.
  • Manage program administration, including budget tracking, ROI analysis, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with commercial objectives.
  • Support brand strategy and integrated campaigns as complementary to trade and customer marketing priorities.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, briefs and reports for internal and external stakeholders and partners.

Travel:


Minimal travel in APAC region

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with internal teams, external customers and agency/vendor partners.
  • Understanding of demand planning principles, proficiency in trade marketing mechanics, and customer engagement and communication strategies.
  • Analytical skills for ROI tracking and program performance evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative yet commercially-minded.

Work Environment:


  • Office-based role with occasional travel to customer sites and industry events. Requires extended periods of computer use and collaboration across diverse teams.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years in customer marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing roles.
  • Experience in working closely with Sales teams, experience in demand generation and planning
  • Background in Consumer Packaged Goods or B2B2C environments preferred.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
