Description

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers, providing them with the necessary training and support to maximize their use of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources for internal and external use. Meetings with Company customers to complete the onboarding documents;
  • Verify Company customer beneficial owners through relevant identification documents;
  • Obtain copies of Company customer's legal documentation; and
  • Complete an onsite office verification of Company customer's business location.
  • Key requirement that contractor is ok to travel regularly within Klang valley and outside to other states.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and onboarding tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues.
  • Fluency in English and any other relevant language.
