Empower Global Growth at Alibaba Cloud

Join the international business arm of a global cloud leader. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to architect and scale our user growth engine across international markets. This is a high-impact role where your data insights directly shape our global expansion.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Scale Multi-Platform Campaigns: Strategize and optimize high-budget paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive international user acquisition.
  • Engineer Data Dashboards: Take full ownership of performance visibility by building advanced dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Master the Technical Stack: Lead the end-to-end technical setup, including GTM tracking, GA4 event configuration, and UTM attribution to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Innovate through Testing: Design and execute sophisticated A/B tests across audiences and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant for international clients and internal teams, providing actionable growth recommendations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2–4 years dedicated to hands-on paid media management.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is essential.
  • Data Fluency: You don't just report data; you interpret it. You are confident with BI tools and technical tracking GTM/GA4.
  • Bilingual Communication: Mandatory fluency in English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with our diverse international stakeholders and HQ teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Bonus Points For:

  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Specific experience in Cloud or SaaS marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok or LinkedIn Ads.
