We are looking for
Customer Relation Officer supporting in
Telesales team
, where customer engagement meets sales performance. The role focuses on handling inbound sales enquiries through multiple digital channels, delivering quality service, and creating positive customer experiences that drive results.
Make An Impact By
- Handling multiple concurrent sales enquiries across calls, chats, video conferences, and other digital channels while delivering excellent customer service
- Managing service applications and following up on customer enquiries, issues, and complaints to ensure timely satisfactory resolution
- Identifying and executing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by analysing customer profiles, recommending suitable packages, and promoting current products and promotions
- Communicating product value effectively to drive sales conversion and meet assigned KPIs
- Working closely with team members and leaders, actively participating in meetings, sharing feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement
- Responding positively to feedback and escalating unresolved issues according to established procedures
- Analysing customer trends and supporting team operations, including mentoring/buddy roles and ad-hoc tasks as required
Skill For Success
- At least Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment while fresh graduate also encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office, computer applications, and mobile devices (e.g. iPad, Android tablets)
- Strong customer-focused mindset with good English proficiency and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with comitment towards shift work schedules and extended hours
