We are currently hiring for a Customer Relations Executive position. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, inbound calls, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, and PG Mall).
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and online purchases.
- Manage social media comments and messages while maintaining positive customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle pending payments and cases while tracking their progress.
- Understand the Rent-To-Own business model and support order processing, invoicing, shipping, and after-sales activities.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to improve product descriptions based on customer feedback.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
