As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you help customers enjoy their time at Cinemas. You answer questions, solve problems, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You also help promote cinema on social media by sharing updates.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Service

Great and assist guests with tickets, seating and directions

Answer questions about movies, show times, and promotions

Handle complaints politely and find quick solutions

Cinema Operation

Ensure the cinema is clean, safe, and comfortable.

Help manage queues and crowd flow during busy times.

Work with the team to keep things running smoothly.

Social Media & Online Engagement

Share updates, promotions, and fun content on social platform

Help monitor online feedback and report issues to the manager.

Feedback & Support

Record customer feedback and report issues.

Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
