Role Description

The Customer Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager is a full-time on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role also involves monitoring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client success. Additional tasks include analyzing client data to enhance services and contributing to strategic business development initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in client data analysis, strategic planning, and solution-driven problem-solving.
  • Experience in account management, customer service, and business development.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in management, clinical operations, and healthcare digitalization, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and achieving long-term business goals.
