Summary of the role:

You'll manage end-to-end order fulfillment for Malaysia distributors, turning monthly blanket orders into weekly ship-out plans while ensuring strong OTIF performance across container bookings, stock allocation, warehouse coordination, invoicing readiness, documentation, and claims handling.

What you'll be doing:

• Distributor order fulfillment: convert monthly blanket orders into weekly shipment plans, track progress, and escalate risks early to protect OTIF.
• Container booking & shipment execution: coordinate with forwarding agents on bookings/ confirmations and resolve shipment operational issues quickly.
• Planning + warehouse coordination: secure stock allocation, reserve inventory to meet freshness requirements, and execute accurate container loading and stock movements in system.
• Documentation, compliance & claims: manage shipment documents (VHM/ HACCP/ FDA), support customs clearance, and handle trade returns/claims and shipment damage with accurate validation and follow-through.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business (or related).
• 3+ years in logistics/ supply chain operations (commercial/ FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia shipping processes, regulations, and documentation.
• Experience with ERP/ internal systems for inventory, sales order tracking, and order management.
