Customer Service Assistant (International Shipping)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant specialising in International Shipping, based in Klang. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of import and export shipments for our valued clients, ensuring smooth international shipping operations.

Job Scope

• Track shipments and update customers
• Follow up and verify shipping and customs documentation
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, haulage providers & etc.
• Handle clients import/export inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints or shipment issues quickly

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in International Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to occasionally work extra hours
