Job Overview

We are currently hiring Customer Service Associates for a short-term retail customer support project on a 45-day contract basis. The role involves handling customer interactions via inbound calls and live chat, ensuring excellent service delivery and accurate information handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and live chat related to customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
• Work with the team to achieve KPI targets and SLA requirements
• Accurately log customer interactions and maintain records
• Share customer feedback and recurring issues with the relevant teams

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Proficient in English
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or service industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (full training provided)
• Willing to work on rotational shifts and off days
• Working hours: 9 hours per shift (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor
