Job description:

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

a) Manage documentation flow. This includes bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin and licences.

b) Handle daily operations for both export and import airfreight shipments

c) Complete customs clearances, ensuring full compliance to any relevant regulations.

d) Coordinate the routing of import and export with local and oversea agents.

e) Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process.

f) Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.

g) Attend to customers&apos enquiries and advise customers of possible problems or delays

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field

b) Must have at least 1 year of working experience in air freight or similar industry.

c) Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and regulatory requirements would be desirable.

d) Experience dealing with both Imports and Exports is beneficial

e) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

f) Strong customer service and communication (written/oral) skills

g) Proactive and can be a good team player

h) Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (7.5 hours/day)
  • Every Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM @ 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (4 hours)
  • Total: 5.5 days/week
