Role Description

As a Customer Service representative at Iswanah Beauty, you will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure they receive exceptional service.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Handling WhatsApp, walk-in customers, and phone inquiries
• Assisting customers in selecting suitable spa/beauty services
• Managing bookings & arranging treatment schedules
• Responding to customer questions professionally
• Resolving customer concerns politely & efficiently
• Working closely with beauticians & team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a friendly, welcoming & comfortable spa environment

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service or Beauty Consulting (advantage)

Excellent communication skills polite & professional

Able to serve customers with patience, friendliness & confidence

Understands the basic customer journey in spa/beauty industry

Skilled in WhatsApp Business, phone handling & basic CRM tools

Strong multitasking skills & attention to detail

Well-groomed, pleasant personality & professional appearance

Able to work on weekends & shift schedules

Experience in spa/beauty/hospitality is a strong advantage
