  • Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email support
  • Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance and service quality standards


Eligibility

  • Minimum education: SPM passed
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset

Salary & Allowances

  • Basic Salary: RM 2,100
  • KPI Incentive: RM 200
  • Night Shift Allowance: RM 300
  • Key Performance Incentive: RM 400
  • Shuttle Service Provided
