Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Liaise with customers by telephone, social media or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
  • Follow up appointments with customers
  • Enhance and improve current process.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin will be advantage
  • Preferably with outspoken personality.
  • Presentable outlook and personality.
  • Computer Literate
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply too.
  • Willing to work in weekend
