We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
