We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Executive to join our team at UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya!

About the Role:

- Handle customer inquiries via multi-channels (call, email, live chat)

- Provide exceptional customer service based on company guidelines

- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
