Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond and follow up on customer inquiries through live chat and email.
  • Provide product information to customers clearly and accurately.
  • Gather customer feedback and share suggestions with the superior to improve service processes and customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • SPM level or above.
  • Trilingual in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu (verbal, written & reading).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any customer service role.
  • High stress tolerance and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Own PC/Laptop with the following specs:
  • 8GB RAM or above
  • Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
  • Internet speed of at least 80 Mbps

Nice-to-Haves

  • Preferred age range: 21–35 years old.
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.

Additional Highlights

  • Permanently work-from-home position.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Rest days scheduled by the manager.
