Responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle customer feedbacks, provide necessary support in resolving the feedbacks by obtaining and evaluating relevant information.
Process orders, applications and requests from dealers.
Managing logistics flow and keep dealers posted on status.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Manage dealers accounts and adhere to an indoor sales target.
Travel to visit dealers office as and when required.
Eventing support when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in related field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, preferably in beauty and skin care industry.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
