Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Fully On-site)

We're seeking a Client Service Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, supporting a global client base in the fast-paced financial industry. Beyond support, you'll contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating with prospective clients, and expanding our presence in the region. You'll also collaborate on process improvements and compliance updates, helping us maintain operational excellence in a regulated environment. What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide client support including technical, operational, and product-related queries.
  • Responding to incoming inquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client relationship management with new and existing global clients.
  • Facilitate training courses.
  • Providing assistance in implementing new procedures and processes.
  • Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Manager / Compliance Committee.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Work on own initiative, expand and generate business.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking is preferred.
  • Previous experience in client service or sales within the financial sector.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Able to accept rotational shift or permanent night shift (Night shift allowance provided)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Paid training will be provided.
