Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders (PO) and forecasts in the system.
  • Coordinate with Production Planner, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor order status and proactively update customers on delivery commitments, delays, or changes.
  • Manage customer backlog, shipment schedules, and order fulfillment status.
  • Prepare and issue sales orders, delivery schedules, and shipping documentation.
  • Follow up on urgent orders, pull-in/push-out requests, and ensure alignment with internal teams.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues (e.g., delivery delays, shortages) and coordinate for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP system (orders, forecasts, shipments).
  • Support monthly sales reporting and demand tracking.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
