Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree holders from any field (Graduated in 2024/2025 or with <2 years experience)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally

- Record interactions accurately in CRM
- Ensure compliance with service standards and policies
