Job Description

  • Client: Leading Telecom
  • Shift hours: 5 days week (Monday to Sunday) & 24/7
  • Channels: Inbound voice
  • Basic salary: RM2,400 max
  • KPI allowance: RM100 monthly (based on individual performance) & RM500 quarterly (based on team performance)
  • Academic background: Minimum SPM holders
  • CS experience: Open for fresh graduate but must have good communication
