Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain customer records and track service performance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by processing orders and coordinating with other departments

Requirements:

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and customer service experience preferred.
  • Language: English and Mandarin
