📌Key Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries promptly via livechat
-Provide accurate information, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
-Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
-Deliver positive customer experiences through empathy and clear communication
🎯Requirements
-Minimum SPM qualification
-At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (CSR)
-Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-CRM proficiency is an advantage
