Position Details

• Role: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin-speaking)
• Headcount: 5 (Full-time)
• Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
• Contract Duration: Renewable every 6 months (based on performance & business needs)

Working Schedule

• 5 working days, 2 rotating off days
• Shift-based hours:
• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Salary & Benefits

Full-Time:

• Basic Salary: RM2,500
• Language Allowance: RM500
• Total Gross Salary: RM3,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Process and verify customer orders accurately
• Assist with product enquiries, order updates, and delivery-related questions
• Provide accurate information on promotions and services
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and either English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer service experience is an added advantage
