Job Description

We're Hiring | Mandarin Customer Service Executive

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Mandarin Customer Service Executives. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing professional support, and ensuring a positive customer experience through Live Chat and Email. In addition, there are slight outbound calls.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.

  • Subang Jaya UOA Business Park near LRT/KTM Subang Jaya Station)
  • Salary Package up to RM4000
  • Rotational Shift from 7am to 12am
  • 9hours including 1 hour rest
  • 5 days=

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Equivalent
  • Can speak, read and write Mandarin (IS A MUST)
  • Minimum average English (Basic communication)
