To handle all outbound calls for flight ticket information and other enquiries.

Requirements
You will be required to work on rotational and graveyard shifts
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
Passionate on customer experience related tasks
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Possess at least a SPM or Diploma and above
Fresh graduated are welcome to apply training provided!
Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
Must be willing to work at Ara Damansara
