Job Description

  • To handle all outbound calls for flight ticket information and other enquiries.
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information

Requirements

  • You will be required to work on rotational and graveyard shifts
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Passionate on customer experience related tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Possess at least a SPM or Diploma and above
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply training provided!
  • Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
  • Must be willing to work at Ara Damansara
