Job Description

You will deliver continuous improvement outcomes of Customer Satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do

  • To deliver continuous improvement outcomes of Customer Satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing within target number of working days.
  • Coordinate with all parties to satisfy customer's delivery requirement with optimum cost and efficiency.
  • Follow up on materials availability, production scheduling, production and delivery of customer order to ensure customer's requirements are met.
  • To ensure all dispatches are invoiced timely.
  • Improvement day to day operation process to reduce lead time and conflict.
  • Carry out duties as and when directed by the management.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 5 year of working experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
