Short Summary This Role :
Will support Cluster Teams by owning early-stage seller incubation (0 → 1) and execution-heavy operational work, enabling Account Managers to focus on growth (1 → N) and strategic seller management.
Job Responsibilities:
Seller Incubation ((0 → 1):
- Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants (including, but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, onboarding and incubation).
- Support seller incubation and activation through both 1:1 and group-based engagement models (e.g. group onboarding sessions, shared communications, standardised enablement touchpoints), depending on seller volume and cluster needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants.
- Help merchants become familiar with the platform and its features.
- Maintain quality service and cooperation with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into merchants short-term and long-term development plan.
- Assist seller acquisition manager to summarize the workflow and carry out improvement plans
Operational & Execution Support:
- Help merchants become familiar with the platform and its features.
- Maintain quality service and cooperation with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into merchants short-term and long-term development plan.
- Assist seller acquisition manager to summarize the workflow and carry out improvement plans
Process Improvement:
- Other internal operations and cross-function collaboration, such as assisting in project execution, document management, information consolidation, etc.
- Involved in various projects under Assortment Growth, Price Competitiveness and Seller Outreach.
- Execute and manage daily end-to-end operations of projects that are repetitive tasks efficiently (eg. platform incentive operations, data scrapping, data matching) with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with x (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
- Ability to design and create simple, clear visuals is a bonus but not a core requirement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, able to speak both English & Bahasa Malay fluently & proficiently, familiar with TikTok;
- With passion for ecommerce and seller operations work; with practical experience in community management; with a good understanding of eCommerce business and campaigns;
- Logical and organized communication, good teamwork spirit, empathetic; strong executive sense, and responsibility.
- Experienced in customer service, account management role and self-owned business before are preferable
