Job Description

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor

Employment Type: Full-time (2-year initial contract)

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues.
  • Deliver accurate information and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Assist in improving customer experience processes.
  • Support internal reporting and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum SPM (Diploma or above preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in customer service preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English; ability to read Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with phone, email, and chat support channels.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
