Job Responsibility

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote our banking products
  • Build up relationship with customer
  • Analyze Customer Profile
  • Achieve KPI set by company
  • Provide professionals information that the client requests.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysiaã
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Responsible and hardworking able to work under pressure
  • Work Passion in Cold Calling
