Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To manage incoming inquiries via Email, WhatsApp & Voice
  • Need to ensure the KPI target is meet
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Preferably contact centre working experience background (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Training will be provided

Job Benefits

  • Monthly salary up to RM3900 (subject to qualification and relevant experience)
  • Working hour: 8am - 7pm (8 working hours daily)
  • Working days: Monday - Sunday (Any 5 working days a week)
  • Off days: 2 Days (Any 2 days in a week)
  • Working location: Menara Tokio Marine Life, No 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. (Nearby Ampang Park LRT/ MRT 2 )
