Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive - Thai Speaker based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The primary responsibilities include to assist customers with digital locks and security systems. This role involves handling product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty matters, and providing technical support related to smart locks, access control, and biometric security solutions. You will be the main point of contact for customers experiencing issues such as fingerprint errors, password problems, installation-related malfunctions, and basic operational difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via call, email, and messaging channels regarding:
- Warranty enquiries
- Service requests
- Technical troubleshooting
- Product usage guidance
Provide first-level support for issues related to:
Working Hours
- Monday to Sunday
- 5 working days per week (2 off days)
- 8 working hours per day
- Rotational shift schedule
