Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails & chats
• Assist customers with accurate information
• Identify customer needs & provide solutions
• Maintain customer privacy and data confidentiality
• Handle simple to complex inquiries professionally

Requirements

• CompletedSPM & Should be Pass
• UEC, SKM 3, SVM 3 and IGCSE certificates acceptable.
• Good communication inEnglish & Bahasa Malaysia
• Open to SPM leavers & fresh graduates
• Willing to work rotating shifts
