Job Description

We are currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support by managing inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and general travel assistance. You will be responsible for communicating effectively in both Japanese and English to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience while upholding company policies and service standards.

Work Location & Schedule

  • Location:Cyberjaya
  • Business Hours:Rotational shift between 7:00 AM 10:30 PM
  • 8 working hours/day
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • 30-minute break time
  • Workdays:Monday Sunday (5 working days with 2 days off)
  • Note:Working hours may be subject to change in the future.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Address inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and general travel services.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, timely, and courteous assistance.

Requirements

  • Japanese Nationalswith Business-level English proficiency (B2C1).
  • Filipino or Local Candidateswith Business to Native-level Japanese proficiency + English proficiency (B2C1).
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
