Job Description

Summary of the role:

You'll own end-to-end customer operations and logistics execution for Malaysia and multiple export markets (ASEAN, UAE, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Australia) ensuring smooth order-to-delivery, strong trade compliance, proactive customer communication, and delivery performance against KPIs like OTIF/ CFR.

What you'll be doing:

  • Order-to-delivery ownership: manage order processing through shipping and delivery, ensuring accuracy, speed, and great customer experience.
  • Logistics & export execution: coordinate carriers/ forwarders/ liners, routing and schedules, customs clearance, HS codes and regulatory documentation (incl. health certificates where required).
  • Performance & cost control: drive OTIF/ CFR/ order accuracy, track service metrics, manage freight and shipment expenses reporting, and support month-end alignment with Commercial/ Finance.
  • Stakeholder & team leadership: lead the team, resolve customer issues fast, and coordinate closely with Planning, vendors, 3PL, and NPD teams to ensure stock readiness and smooth launches.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business (or related).
  • 7+ years in customer operations/ order management + logistics (FMCG/ commercial preferred; regional exposure a plus).
  • Strong order-to-delivery and export logistics experience, including managing forwarders/ 3PL/ carriers and solving shipment/ customs issues.
  • Solid knowledge of trade compliance & shipping documentation (customs clearance, HS code/ tariff, export/ import requirements).
  • Strong ERP + Excel skills; comfortable with KPI reporting, cost reconciliation, and audit-ready records.
